Festival Hall Reservations
Enjoy the holidays with less stress and book your table in the Bank of America Festival Hall! Reservations are encouraged but not required. There are first come first served tables available in the Festival Hall, but they do fill up quickly.
General Policies
Booking a reservation is recommended if you'd like to make sure to have designated seating available at a desired time. There are also first come first served tables but they get full fairly fast.
Reservations are available Sunday through Wednesday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, and Thursday through Saturday 12:00pm to 7:00pm. Tables are booked for two-hour time blocks.
Cancellations are allowed up to four days prior to the reservation date and are fully refundable.

About Your Reservation
The Festival Hall table reservations can accommodate six people comfortably and up to eight people with a squeeze. Reserved tables are in a designated VIP area, where there is table service for fantastic traditional German beverages.
The reservation fee is for the table only. Guests may purchase our novelty mugs and beverages from the full drink menu. Traditional German food is available for purchase throughout the event grounds.
The Festival Hall also features live entertainment. We'll see you on the dance floor!
